The purpose for which said corporation is organized shall be exclusively charitable,  or religious within the meaning of Section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, more specifically:

 

1. To conduct any legal activity under the laws of the United States of America and the laws of the State of Kansas.

 

2. To proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ, and promote the expansion of the Kingdom of God by any suitable method or media which includes, but is not limited to, the following:

            A. Proclaiming the Word of God through worship services, personal evangelism,   conferences and seminars, utilizing radio, television, books and any other          available means.

            B. Supporting missionaries and ministers of the Gospel in any and all locations       around the world.

C. To develop and establish programs of discipleship, outreach and ministry which strengthen the Body of Christ and touch the hearts of those who don’t know Christ.

 

3. To work toward restoring God's “Olam (Ancient) principles” (Jeremiah 6:13-16) of imparting identity and destiny to people especially through understanding and establishing a lifestyle based on biblical principles This will be accomplished through educating, equipping and mentoring citizens of the Kingdom of God, world-wide, to touch the hearts of others with love and acceptance, flowing out of the ministry they have received in their own hearts. Our purpose is to facilitate healing and heart transformation and restore the cycle of generational blessing, which leads to transformed, mature and healthy individuals, families, communities, cities and nations.

 

4. To license and ordain Christian ministers of the Gospel and missionaries for the furtherance of the work of our Lord Jesus Christ and this corporation in the United States of America and all foreign countries in accordance with such regulations for ordination as shall be promulgated by the Board of Directors.

 

5. To develop and publish materials and conduct workshops, conferences, seminars and services which establish the foundation of biblical principles and the Lordship of Jesus Christ as expressed in the Christian Bible.

 

6. To provide individual, small group, corporate prayer and ministry for all persons or potential persons seeking to enter into or to deepen their personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

 

In addition, the corporation shall have the following general purposes and powers:

 

A. To engage in spiritual work and service based upon the authority of the Holy Bible;

B. To solicit, collect, receive, acquire, hold and invest money and property, both real and personal, including money, property received by gift, contribution, bequest, or devise; to sell and/or convert property, both real and personal, into cash, and to use the funds of this corporation and the proceeds, income, rents, and issue derived from any property of this corporation for any of the purposes for which this corporation is formed;

C. To receive and maintain a fund or funds of real or personal property, or both, and, subject to the restrictions and limitations hereinafter set forth, to use, and apply the whole or any part of such funds or property exclusively for charitable, religious or purposes through organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under Section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code and its regulations as they now exist or as they may hereafter be amended and approved;

D. To purchase or acquire, own, hold, use, lease (either as lessor or lessee), sell, exchange, assign, convey, dispose of, mortgage, hypothecate, or encumber real or personal property;

E. To borrow money, incur indebtedness, and to secure repayment of mortgage, pledge, deed of trust, or other hypothecation of property, both real and personal; and

F. To act as trustee under any trust incidental to the purposes of this corporation; and

G. To do all things necessary, expedient or appropriate to the accomplishment of any of the objects and purposes for which this corporation is formed.
